Da Fresh

Following the traditional path of a young music lover growing up in the 1980s, Arnaud was born in a small French provincial town into a family of music enthusiasts. Guided by his older brother as his musical mentor, he quickly combined his passion for music with a deep fascination for computers and synthesizers. After early attempts with a rock band and influenced by the high school anthems of the era, such as The Cure, Anne Clark, and Depeche Mode, he naturally fell in love with the rising French Touch scene in the nineties.

Inspired by seminal albums like Daft Punk’s Homework and Motorbass’s Pansoul, and while studying at art school, he began his first solo production attempts under the name Da Fresh. Driven and hardworking, he rapidly produced the tracks that launched him onto the global electronic music stage. His debut album Supa Feeling, released in 2002 on Lyon-based Weaked Records, earned wide critical acclaim, while his anthem “Fuckin Track” cemented his reputation worldwide. Since then, he has balanced a full-time international DJ schedule with a prolific career as a producer and remixer.

Focused on originality and dancefloor impact, Da Fresh continues to release an extensive catalog of tracks and remixes for renowned labels such as Toolroom, 1605, Suara, Definitive, BluFin, and Deeperfect, alongside managing his own imprint, Freshin Records. Over two decades, he has built a stellar repertoire of hit releases, including: All Nite Long (2000), Fuckin Track (2002), Broken Dream (2005), Spaghetti Groove (2006), Tattoo (2007), Age Of Love (2008), Yesterday (2009), Right On Time (2010), Once Again (2010), Limoncello (2011), That Body (2011), Lucky Number (2012), Jack Your Body (2013), Da Loop (2013), Easy (2014), Hello (2015), Singleness (2018), Maybe (2018), and Goosebumps (2019).
